These terms apply to your use of peopleinlegal.com and the content we publish on it (the "Site"). The Site is operated by People in Legal Pty Ltd (ABN 22 678 276 536). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Sponsorship and paid services
These terms cover use of the Site only. Sponsorship, roundtable and content services are governed by your order form and the People in Legal terms and conditions provided with it.
2. Our content
Episodes, articles, images, logos and other material on the Site are owned by or licensed to People in Legal. You may view, stream and share links to our content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, edit, republish, sell or use our content to train AI models without our written permission. Short quotes with credit and a link back are fine.
3. Views are the speakers' own
Guests and hosts speak for themselves, not for People in Legal or their employers. Sponsored content is labelled as sponsored. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping it at scale, or using our forms to send spam or unlawful material.
5. Links to other sites
The Site links to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Liability
We provide the Site as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
